Three winners shared Australia’s largest ever $160 million lottery jackpot
Three Australians shared the $160 million Powerball prize (the biggest lottery jackpot in Australian history), but one winner has yet to receive his prize.
Each of the three Division 1 winners took in just over $53 million, bringing the total lottery prizes won by Australians to $614 million this year.
Winners were drawn from three states: Victoria, New South Wales and Washington.
A search has begun for a mysterious New South Wales ticket holder who bought unregistered tickets at a Penrith store in western Sydney.
Lottery officials must wait for billionaires to check their tickets and discover the life-changing news for themselves.
“We can’t wait for them to discover this amazing news,” said Lott spokesman James Eddy.
Clyde’s blue-collar worker cried tears of joy when lottery officials called him that he was the only winner in Victoria.
“Oh my god, oh my god. I can’t believe it!” he cried on the phone.
“Holy shit! Far away! I’m completely mute.
“I never thought I would get a call like this. This has changed my life!”
Clyde’s man said he plans to retire soon, buy a dog for his grandson for Christmas, and quit his job soon.
“Work done! I’m out of here, buddy. I need to retire.”
“This is absolutely amazing.”
The third winner is a Western Australian, but little is known about their identity.
The winning numbers for Powerball Draw 1380 on Thursday, October 27, 2022 were 10, 4, 12, 18, 2, 34 and 7.
The most important Powerball number was 7.
If you find that you have a winning entry, please hold onto your ticket and call 131 868 to begin the prize claim process.
An additional $117 million in prizes was won by more than 6 million people in Thursday night’s drawing.
42 winners of Division 2 each won over $77,000.
