Russian nationalist Simeon Boykov rallies with photo of Vladimir Putin
A vocal supporter of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine attended an anti-vaccine rally in Sydney a day after he was released from prison for violating a court order.
Notorious Russian nationalist Simeon Boykov, 32, who lives in Sydney and goes by the name of Aussie Cossack online, said at an anti-vaccine rally at Martin Place on Saturday that Vladimir Putin Addressing next to a photograph of Vladimir Putin, he repeated to the crowd his admiration for the Russian leader.
Boykov, who was released on parole on Friday, was released from Long Bay Correctional Facility, where he has been working since June, after being sentenced to 10 months in prison for publishing the name of a pedophile.

He stood before the crowd and gave a speech that included topics from Prince Charles to Australian wildlife.
A small crowd of about 100 protesters were told he was “in an orange jumpsuit like Guantánamo Bay with his arms chained and my legs chained.”
“It was outrageous actually,” he said.
Former Liberal MP Craig Kelly was among the crowd who heard people say that a retired High Court judge recently found the Australian government had no legal basis.
Kerry lost Hughes for the House seat in the federal election in May.
Boycock also told the crowd that he received over 5,000 letters of support while in prison. This was “extremely moving”.
