Western Australia and Northern Territory Christmas mailing deadlines have arrived

Christmas is just around the corner. Australia Post has issued a warning ahead of what is expected to be the busiest time to date.

Anyone who wants to mail parcels to Western Australia and North Terrorism in time for Christmas must do so by tomorrow.

Australia Post warned that the deadline for delivery to the state is December 8th, and in other countries the deadline is December 13th.

“Items sent after these dates will be delivered as soon as possible, but may not arrive until the end of Christmas,” said Aus Post.

We recommend that you send an email to people outside the major cities sooner.

But there is still hope for those who need a few more days to look for a gift. In most cases in Australia, the deadline for express mail arriving in time for Christmas is December 20th, and the deadline for Western Australia and the Northern Territory is December 15th.

Cards and letters also move faster, with the deadline for regular mail in the same state being December 20th and the interstate highway deadline being December 16th.

Depending on where and what you are posting, most international mail deadlines in the world may have already passed.

In the UK, the recommended deadline for letters and parcels was December 3, and in the United States it was December 7.

However, those who are willing to pay extra can send gifts by courier by December 10th so that they arrive in time to brighten their faces on Christmas morning.
