Three schoolboys were hospitalized after being reportedly hit by a car on Sydney’s Lower North Shore on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were dispatched to the Pacific Highway near Falcon Street in Crowsnest around 3:30 pm after receiving a call about the crash.
All three boys suffered leg and head injuries, police said.
Two of the boys, both aged 12, were taken to Children’s Hospital in Westmead, while the 13-year-old was taken to Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick, NSW Ambulance said.
A man was arrested in Lane Cove around 4pm, New South Wales Police said. He was subsequently indicted on seven counts. He was denied bail to appear in Manly District Court on Friday.

Immediately after the incident, all southbound lanes on the Pacific Highway were closed. All lanes were reopened shortly after 6:15 p.m.
