The first trailer for the Sex and the City sequel and just like that … has been released

The resurrection of Sex and the City and the broadcast date of Just Like That were revealed in the first-time trailer.

In the clip, best friends Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) will meet again for the next chapter in their lives.

The latest hit show follows six seasons and two films that document the dating life of five amazing New York City women and their even more amazing wardrobe.

“They say some things never change, but the truth is that life is full of surprises,” Carrie said in a trailer, the new character Chedias, played by Sara Ramirez, a bizarre non-binary stand-up comedy. You can hear him saying while recording the podcast with Grey’s Anatomy, best known for his role as Callie Torres.

“And as your story unfolds, the city reinvents itself, and just like that, a new chapter begins.”

This new chapter begins on December 9th, when the first two episodes will be released on HBO Max. The show will then release weekly episodes for the next eight weeks.

The series will also see the final screen look of Willie Garson, who plays Stanford Blatch after he died in September at the age of 57.

Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones, will not play her role again.

In October, fans received a sneak peak from Parker. Parker put on his costume and opened the clip while shooting at Big Apple.

“Hello, I’m Sarah Jessica. Hello from Fifth Avenue in New York City. I’ll shoot as we’re talking,” Parker begins.

“The next chapter of Sex and the City, or just like we call it that way.”

She recently told Vogue that a new character was written to Reboot. The original series was criticized for its lack of diversity.

“We have some new people, and we have some people who aren’t back anymore,” Parker told Vogue.

“Writers are skilled in getting characters to recognize the newness they are experiencing, with or without color.
