Dani Willis Makes Family Day at Championships

Dani Willis isn’t the only champagne cork opening at the Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day at Royal Randwick this weekend.

You may have seen Willis’ face in the stands at the SCG cheering on her cricketing powerhouse husband, Steve Smith, but this Saturday, she will be at the ATC on day two of the Stars Championship. As an ambassador, you will wear your favorite outfit.

“I am delighted to be back in Sydney as ATC ambassador for the Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day,” said Ms Willis.

“What a fun way to spend Easter weekend watching world-class races, spending time with friends and family, dressing up in beautiful outfits.I can’t wait.”

Ms. Willis is embraced by thousands of racing fans in a kaleidoscope of color, fashion, fine dining and world-class lace.

Mammoth Race Day features four Group 1 races, but all eyes will be on the Sydney Autumn Carnival’s most expensive weight-age-age race, the $4 million Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes.

Winner fillies Anamoe and Dubai Honor are favourites, at $2.50, but this race is Sydney’s best, with quality racehorses challenging the favourites, including Unicorn Lion, Cascadian and Montephilia. One of the horses.

Race-goers should be prepared for a long day of partying on Saturday. Because after the race cards are over, the fun and dancing begins with a performance by internationally acclaimed music artist Hot Dub Time Machine.

Gates open at 10am for members and 10:45am for general admission. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster for $35.
