Police crashed biker’s poolside birthday bash as a rebel and Hells Angels was charged with illegal sorting

Body camera footage captures the moment police crashed a biker’s illegal birthday pool party and prosecuted multiple gang members under the strict anti-biker law in Western Australia.

Gang criminal force officers were summoned to a gathering of outlaw motorcycle gang members at a hotel in Scarborough, near Perth, on January 8.

Public members said they saw tattoos identifying members of the rebels and Hells Angels motorcycle gangs.

Under the new Biker Ban Act in Western Australia, members of outlaw motorcycle gangs are not allowed to illegally collect or display gang insignia in public.

Police can issue illegal consorting notices to criminals and ban relationships with other criminals listed in the notices for three years.

If you violate the notice, you will face up to 5 years in prison.

A WA police spokesman said gang criminal forces have identified their partners and members of the rebels and Hells Angels in the hotel’s pool area.

Police charged the rebels and members of the Hells Angels biker gang with illegal sorting on their birthday at the hotel.

They were celebrating the birthday of one of the members of the rebel army.

“The group was detained after the crime of displaying the banned insignia of the identified organization together was identified,” a spokesman said.

“As a result, five OMCG members were charged with displaying a banned insignia.”

The group is compliant and has left the public area.

Since it came into force in December last year, 11 people have been charged with posting a ban insignia in public.

Many biker clubhouses have also sought to comply with new legislation by covering and filling club logos and insignia.
