Suspect hunted for Sydney knife attack

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 24-year-old man accused of stabbing another man to death after an altercation at a house in western Sydney.

“Prince Farnbulle, 24, is wanted with an outstanding arrest warrant on suspicion of murder,” New South Wales Police said in a statement on Sunday.

Around 4:30 p.m. Friday, emergency services were called to a St. Clair residence and found a man unconscious with serious injuries.

The injured man received police assistance until paramedics arrived, but he was unable to save himself and died at the scene.

Police say Farnbulle came to his home, got into an argument with the victim, then stabbed him and fled.

The two women, who were at home at the time of the incident, were not injured but were examined by paramedics.

Police have been searching for Mr Farnbulle since the incident, saying he may have been armed and traveling on a dirt bike.

Investigators are seeking public assistance in the search for Mr Farnbulle. He is described as of African descent, about 165 cm tall, with a stocky build, brown eyes, dark hair and a beard.

He has been known to visit Blacktown, Seven Hills, Doonside, Mount Druitt and the St Mary’s area.

Anyone who has seen Mr. Farnbulle or knows his whereabouts should stay away from him and contact Triple Zero instead.
