Currently, there is no easy choice facing Australian policy makers, but reducing the real wages of millions of Australians should be one of the worse.

Does this mean I need to catch up with national leaders? Barnaby JoyceWhat is your performance at the National Press Club? I promise when I find time.

hello everyone. Welcome to part of the afternoon. Imagine two leaders participating in tonight’s debate and staff asking practice questions.

Forget lettuce! How much is the wage increase they want?

And now I hand you over to something great Tory Shepherd The rest of the afternoon.

NSW Premier, Dominique Perotet, Excluded London-style congestion tax on drivers in Sydney’s city center, AAP Report.

He responded to a confidential leak draft transport strategy from February and advised that transport prices should reflect the actual cost of using state roads.

“Road usage tolls at specific locations or times can encourage customers to have the flexibility to choose other options,” says a document reported by Nine.

Perotet rejected such a tax proposal. He said on Wednesday:

There are no plans for congestion tax and it can be completely excluded.

A congestion tax was introduced in London in 2003, and drivers paid about $ 25 over a 20km radius of the city.

Mr Perotet said the government encouraged civil servants to come up with new ideas and think broadly and ambitious.

Another suggestion was to change the subsidized public transport fares to reflect the “actual travel costs”.

The government receives annual advice from the Independent Price Control Court on public transport fares.

Premier said:

We consider it and make decisions, but I strongly believe in subsidized public transport … it’s a great social benefit.

Opposition leader, Chris MinsI’m not convinced. He said:

I don’t believe it for a moment. Never believe this government’s track record of privatization, user payments, and toll roads, if it suggests that there are no congestion charges.

Paul Carp

Workers have been claiming for months that all prices are rising, except for your wages.

But the debate over the minimum wage actually began on Tuesday. Anthony Albanese Approve a specific salary increase: 5.1%, to catch up with inflation.

Currently, the government is blaming ongoing policy labor and “unprecedented” intervention in an independent wage-setting process. TRUE?
