Based in the United States, Hennessy will produce a limited-edition “Exorcist” version of the Chevrolet Camaro, powered by 745kW and 1197Nm to commemorate the company’s 30th anniversary.
The Hennessy Exorcist 30th Anniversary Camaro starts at $ 135,000 (A $ 183,000) and stands out from the “standard” Exorcist with a bespoke commemorative badge and a unique red and black paint scheme. Each car will have a separate build number stamped on the car’s chassis plate.
The special edition model features upgraded valve springs, intakes, lifters and push rods, as well as the same upgraded supercharger, high flow air induction system and custom camshafts as the stock exorcist. The car also receives a high flow catalytic converter and HPE engine management calibration that exceeds the standard Camaro.
“Exorcist is the epitome of American muscle cars, with offline performance that embarrasses almost every car on the planet. We’ve been making high-speed cars faster since 1991, so we’re celebrating our 30th anniversary. Exorcists pool everything we know in one ferocious supercar slayer, “said Hennessy CEO John Hennessy.
The performance of the 745kW model remains unchanged, maintaining a top speed of 350km / h and a sprint of 2.1 seconds up to 100km / h.
Special edition models can also be designated as convertibles or coupes by choosing a manual or automatic transmission. The company states that it is available to both US and worldwide customers.
The 30 special edition models will complete the production run of 100 units of the Exorcist brand, first launched in 2017 as a rival to the Dodge Demon.
