Heavy rain floods southeastern Queensland

Heavy rains flooded southeastern Queensland on November 30, according to the Meteorological Department. Rainfalls of up to 70 mm have been recorded in catchments in the Border Rivers area since 9 am on Tuesday. Residents were urged to evacuate the town of Inglewood on Tuesday night as a flood struck the McIntyrebrook catchment area. The Meteorological Bureau predicted that a large-scale flood would occur at the Inglewood Bridge at that time. These videos, posted on Facebook by Kooroongarra’s Narraburra Farm, show a scene where floods are blocking roads and creating small streams on the premises.
