Cleo Smith: Finding a resume for a missing 4-year-old girl in remote Washington

Desperately searching for a 4-year-old child who disappeared from the outback campsite, the mother begs to “find her.”

The desperate search for a 4-year-old girl who disappeared from her family’s tent in a remote campsite in Western Australia continues in the first light.

Cleo Smith was last seen on Saturday at about 1:30 am at MacLeod’s Blowhole Campground, 50km north of Carnerbon.

An air, sea, and land search team combed the area after the family reported that she had disappeared from the tent.

A WA police spokesman said the search would resume at 7 am on Sunday.

The majority of the crew was canceled after sunset on Saturday due to safety concerns, but some land exploration teams worked all night.

Cleo was last seen wearing a pink / purple one-piece sleep suit with blue and yellow patterns.

Her mother, Ellie Smith, posted a photo of her little girl on Facebook and urged people to contact the police if she saw her.

“It’s been over 24 hours since I last saw the glow in my little girl’s eyes. Help me find her. If you hear or see anything, call the police.” Smith wrote at 1:45 am.

She described it as a “very, very unusual” behavior from the girl.

“We are currently looking for police, SES, locals and highs and lows,” her mother said.

Anyone with information will be asked to contact the police immediately at 131444.
