The devastating mother paid tribute to her “beautiful princess” daughter, who died just one day after returning home from the hospital on suspicion of a migraine.
Seven-year-old Theia Mckie died in Scotland on Wednesday after doctors discharged her from the ward.
Theia was taken to Dumfries’ hospital on Monday, and a doctor diagnosed her with a migraine and sent her home the next day. Sun Report.
But the worried parents were afraid that something was terribly wrong after she got home.
Mum Tracey told her friend on Facebook that her high school girl’s condition was getting worse — and she was screaming in pain every time she saw the light.
She writes: I’m completely at a loss. “
Catastrophically, Theia died the next day.
Tracy has now led a compliment to her beloved daughter — and told a friend: “We simply have no words.”
In a post on social media, she said:
“We are lost beyond understanding.
“Theia’s lover, your seven years are never enough for mummies and dads.”
The mother described her daughter as “bright, funny, cheeky, always smiling,” and said, “sing, dance, and draw,” and “just love to love.”
“She was the epitome of life itself,” she said.
“She literally lived and loved tomorrow.”
Tracy then thanked all those who contacted her after Theia’s death.
“We have expressed a lot of support and condolences for the loss of our little princess.
“We thank you forever … each one shows us how much our girl was loved and special.
“Our family had the fact that we knew, the fact that she knew how loved and special, and the best seven years we could give her. You can find a little comfort in the fact.

Autopsy has not yet taken place, and Theia’s grandmother, Raye Currie, said the family did not want to take responsibility until she knew what caused Theia to pass tragically. Daily record Report.
