A baby girl has died two days after being dragged from the wreckage of a car accident in southwest Sydney that killed her mother and brother.

The three-month-old child, named Ivy Prahastono in media reports, died Wednesday morning at Westmead Children’s Hospital, according to New South Wales Police.

Her 34-year-old mother, Katrina Prahastono, was involved in a crash with a cement truck while driving her Mazda SUV on Monday morning.

Prahastono and her two-year-old son, Kai, died at the scene and Ivy, who was seriously injured, was taken to hospital.

The 48-year-old truck driver was not injured.

Police are investigating the accident and have urged anyone who had drive recorder footage in the area at the time or who had more information to come forward.
