Queensland Premier Anastasia Parasek reveals on Monday when the state border will reopen for interstate travelers.

Sunshine is approaching the most important double vaccination rate of 80%, and the government on Sunday reveals that 78.17% of the population has been vaccinated twice.

She said on Monday she would reveal when Queensland would exceed the 80 percent double dose threshold.

Meanwhile, Queensland recorded six new Covid-19 infections on Sunday and all cases were quarantined.

Five of the cases were interstate highway arrivals, and the other was an international arrival from the Philippines that tested positive during hotel quarantine.

The three who arrived on the interstate were family members who had been quarantined at home but were subsequently transferred to a hospital.

Queensland Health said none of the six cases were in the community during the infection.
