Non-Victoria residents residing in the Red Zone areas of Sydney, Waverly, Urara, Bayside, Canada Bay, Inner West and Randwick are banned from entering Victoria.

Residents of Victoria can obtain an entry permit, but must be quarantined at home for 14 days.

Wollongong has also been declared an Orange Zone and must be licensed for the Orange Zone to enter Victoria and tested and quarantined until a negative result is obtained.

“The Chief Health Officer has strongly discouraged non-essential trips from the red or orange zone to Victoria,” the Department of Health said in a statement.
